CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
BODY BLAST: Get the best of everything in one concise workout! Strength and cardio intervals intermix delivering a powerful, calorie-scorching workout that will keep your metabolism burning for hours!
BODY PUMP: Enjoy lifting weights and toning with a high intensity cardio workout mixed in
CARDIO MIX: Get ready to get that heart pumping in this high energy class! Workouts will always be different and will incorporate a wide range of cardiovascular activity including kickboxing, plyometrics, basic step, hi-lo, jump rope--you name it!

SUPER SCULPT: This strength training class utilizes both equipment and body weight to increase muscle strength, balance and endurance. Your body will continually be challenged by varied exercises and modes of training.

SWEAT!: This workout is designed to challenge you with endless options of circuit training, speed and
agility drills, weight training and cardio! You will leave feeling toned, tightened and sweaty!
41: Get a high-powered workout to music while working on your tennis game at the same time. This one hour of “41” competition is an exciting group game featuring doubles drills that require players to reach “41” with their rotating partners and a whole new set of rules. Tons of fun and a great workout too!
TONE AND TRIM: This 60 minute class focuses on weight lifting and abdominal work. The workout will hit on toning all the major muscle groups through repetition with light weights and end with an abdominal session.

FEES:
$49 for one seven-week class (meets once per week); we will pro-rate one week off your price if you will be out of town for Spring Break IF you let us know when you sign up
* Minimum: 4 registrants; Maximum: 12 (Cooper classes 6 minimum)
* Per diem (drop in) price: $8.50 per class (available to members only); drop-in rate is only offered if class meets minimum registration requirements

NON MEMBER FEES:
Non members may take the class for a $10 additional fee
* However, members get priority in filling the classes. Non members will be offered limited spaces.

CHILD CARE DURING FITNESS CLASSES:
* None for the 5:30 am classes, none for Friday classes
* Available Monday through Thursday during day between 9-11 a.m.
