CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

41:  Get a high-powered workout to music while working on your tennis game at the same time.  This one hour of “41” competition is an exciting group game featuring doubles drills that require players to reach “41” with their rotating partners and a whole new set of rules.  Tons of fun and a great workout too!

BODY PUMP:  Enjoy lifting weights and toning with a high intensity cardio workout mixed in.

20/20/20: The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. Are you ready for the challenge?

CARDIO TENNIS: Want to hit a lot of balls and burn major calories? Join us for Cardio Tennis for a fun way to burn off last night’s dessert!

CIRCUIT MADNESS: Build muscular endurance and strength by combing resistance and aerobic training. Kick boredom to the curb as you move from one thing to the next performing light weight, high repetition exercises for a total body workout!

HARDCORE: This class focuses on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Improve athletic performance and postural imbalances by targeting the muscles that help control movement, transfer energy, and shift body weight. Challenging exercises will target the lower and upper abdominals, obliques, back, hip flexors and glutes.

FEES

* $50/month for unlimited fitness pass to any and all classes – need 25 participants to start new program

* Non members may purchase the unlimited fitness pass for $75/month.

* Per diem (drop in) price: $10 per class (available to members only)

*No class prorating


CHILD CARE

* Available Monday through Thursday during the day between 9 am-12 noon and Saturday from 9 am to 11 am.
* Will be offered at night if a minimum of two request it in advance. Evening child care must be paid in full for the month.
