CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
41:
  Get a high-powered workout to music while working on your tennis game at the same time.  This one hour of “41” competition is an exciting group game featuring doubles drills that require players to reach “41” with their rotating partners and a whole new set of rules.  Tons of fun and a great workout too!
BODY BLAST:  Get the best of everything in one concise workout!  Strength and cardio intervals intermix delivering a powerful, calorie-scorching workout that will keep your metabolism burning for hours.
BODY PUMP:  Enjoy lifting weights and toning with a high intensity cardio workout mixed in.
RELAXING YOGA:  Replenish your energy, release tension, and relax your mind as you explore the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.  Through the practice of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, we discover within ourselves the resources to move through each day with grace and power.  This relaxing yoga class encourages you to discover your personal edge and become more connected to your body and mind while building strength and balance.  Beginners and experienced students are welcome!  (Please bring a yoga mat and any supportive props (straps, blocks) you wish to have on hand.)

FEES
All classes:  $56 for 8 classes (meet once per week)
* Minimum: 5 participants; Maximum: 12 participants
* Per diem (drop in) price: $8.50 per class (available to members only); drop-in rate is only offered if class meets minimum registration requirements
*Class price may be pro-rated for one week if you let the front desk know WHEN YOU SIGN UP which date you will be missing

NON MEMBER FEES
Non members may take the class for a $10 additional fee
* However, members get priority in filling the classes. Non members will be offered limited spaces.

CHILD CARE
* Available Monday through Thursday during the day between 9am-12noon.  No child care on Fridays.
* Will be offered at night if a minimum of two request it in advance. Evening child care must be paid in full for the entire session prior to the start of the session. 


 

Clayview country club offers tennis, fitness, swimming and many other activities in Liberty, Northland and Kansas City, Missouri. We provide a swim team and lessons in tennis, fitness, swimming and family fun.
