Family

Reserved for families and all their children living at home

125.00 plus tax per month -- $500 initiation fee for a 12 month contract, $250 initiation fee for an 18 month contract

Couple

Reserved for members of Clayview without children

$100.00 plus tax per month -- $500 initiation fee for a 12 month contract, $250 initiation fee for an 18 month contract

Senior Couple

Reserved for couples where both individuals are over the age of 60

$80.00 plus tax per month -- $500 initiation fee for a 12 month contract, $250 initiation fee for an 18 month contract

Single

Reserved for individuals over 18 years of age

$85.00 plus tax per month -- $500 initiation fee for a 12 month contract, $250 initiation fee for an 18 month contract

Senior Single

Reseved for individuals age 60 and over

$65.00 plus tax per month -- $500 initiation fee for a 12 month contract, $250 initiation fee for an 18 month contract

Junior

Reserved for individuals 18 years of age and under

$65.00 plus tax per month -- $100.00 initiation fee, 12 month minimum contract length

Trial Memberships: The trial membership is a 4 month membership to Clayiew. An individual is only allowed to apply for a trial membership one time. At the end of trial, if you convert to the full membership, you will receive a credit equal to the additional dues you had previously paid as a trial member.

Trial Family:

$200.00 per month plus tax -- no initiation fee for the trial membership, but if you decide to convert to a full family membership, you will pay a $100.00 initiation fee at that time

Trial Couple:

$175.00 per month plus tax -- no initiation fee for the trial membership, but if you decide to convert to a full couple membership, you will pay a $100.00 initiation fee at that time

Trial Single:

$160.00 per month plus tax -- no initiation fee for the trial membership, but if you decide to convert to a full single membership, you will pay a $100.00 initiation fee at that time

Corporate Memberships:

All corporate memberships have a $250 initiation fee

$500 plus tax per month for up to 5 singles to join (these singles may be converted by the single participants to a couple or family membership for a 10% discount)

$750 plus tax per month for up 10 singles to join (these singles may be converted by the single participants to a couple or family membership for a 10% discount)

*Each 5 corporate memberships will allow for 1 FREE VIP membership for the company. This may be given to a particular employee, or divided amongst employees month to month

*Each company participating will be given a limited number of FREE out-of-town guest passes to corporate visitors coming to town, with additional passes available for purchase
